The great looking Avignon five point breastplate feature soft leather covered padding, removable sheepskin pads and elastic inserts to make it as comfortable as possible for the horse. Distinctive feature stitching details, detachable running martingale attachment and stainless steel fittings. Replacement sheepskin pads available separately. Soft and supple, Avignon leatherwork exudes timeless style. Naked finish allows oil or conditioner to be absorbed. Vegetable tanned leather for a more sustainable finish.
Care Instructions
Before use: Apply Neatsfoot oil with a brush or sponge and leave to dry, repeat until the leather is supple and soft. Maintenance: Remove dirt with a damp sponge then treat with EZI-GROOM leather soft soap. For quick cleaning use either the EZI-GROOM glycerine leather spray or the EZI-GROOM leather wipes. Allow damp leather to dry naturally away from a heat source and treat once dry. Regularly check your leather & stitching for signs of stress, replace if necessary. Do not use excessive amounts of oil.
