The Velociti RAPIDA Elastic Breastplate offers smart support to your ridden work. The breastplate features a wide load spreading cushioned neck piece for enhanced horse comfort. Straps securing the breastplate to the saddle feature loop ends which thread onto the saddle’s girth straps. Double layer elastic inserts at the shoulders remove jolts and provide a smoother transition without restricting movement. From the centre chest the girth strap is fully padded in soft leather with anti-shock cushioning and features a trigger clip for securing to the girth centre ring. The detachable running martingale buckles securely onto the breastplate. All straps are fully adjustable to achieve a comfortable fit. Supple and hardwearing, leather is eco-friendly vegetable tanned leather, hand-stitched with self-colour thread and finished with high shine stainless steel harness buckles. Coordinates perfectly with bridles in the Velociti RAPIDA range.
Care Instructions
Before use: Apply Neatsfoot oil with a brush or sponge and leave to dry, repeat until the leather is supple and soft. Maintenance: Remove dirt with a damp sponge then treat with Ezi-Groom leather soft soap. For quick cleaning use either the Ezi-Groom glycerine leather spray or the Ezi-groom leather wipes. Allow damp leather to dry naturally away from a heat source and treat once dry. Regularly check your leather & stitching for signs of stress, replace if necessary. Do not use excessive amounts of oil.
